The Hattery Stove & Still (18 W. State St.) will be a two-level bistro serving “new American” cuisine. “We set out to build a restaurant and bar that celebrates the history of the building, which was erected in the late 19th century and opened as The Doylestown Inn in 1902,” said one of the partners, Todd McCarty.
